for GOOD.

The foundation takes its name and inspiration from two family members who shaped founder Fr3deR1cK Taylor's commitment to filmmaking as a medium for good, art as inspiration and motivation and his desire to use the art of story to keep hope alive.

His beloved grandmother, Jaunita Jones, and favorite uncle, Gerald Jones,  both inspired young people as teachers in the public school systems in Chicago and Los Angeles. He learned the power of sharing stories from them.

Sharing stories through artistic endeavors, we improve our chances of understanding across cultural divides. Telling these stories and listening to these stories gives us hope.

Coming soon - an announcement about the launching of The AIDS Legacy Project Campaign. For the last 15 years the project has been researching and collecting interviews and documents capturing the early days of the epidemic and first responders to the HIV/AIDS crisis as it unfolded in Atlanta.  The campaign funds will support gathering additional interviews to tell the story and share lessons from these titans of public health and community activism through a new episodic social media series designed to engage the next generation.

The power of music

Willie Aron & Marvin Etzioni have been making music together since they met in high school. They form a duo known as Thee Holy Brothers, named for their friendship turned brotherhood, and their abiding faith. Combining their artistry with stunning visual imagery - this project in production will deliver an intimate and thought-provoking portrait of friendship, activism, and the power of art to take on hate. Watch a trailer here.
